Standard Oman delivery is normally OMR 2. International delivery starts from OMR 4 for parcels up to 1 kg. The exact charge for destination, weight and service is shown or confirmed before payment; heavier or remote-area orders are quoted separately.
Estimated timing
Typical delivery after dispatch is 1–3 business days within Oman and 3–10 business days for GCC destinations. International timing is confirmed according to destination and courier. Estimates exclude weekends, public holidays, customs delays and events outside our reasonable control.
Processing and tracking
Orders are prepared after confirmation of stock and payment. Dispatch or tracking details are sent when available. Private-label and manufacturing orders follow the production and delivery timeline stated in the approved quotation.
Address and delivery attempts
Customers are responsible for providing a complete address and reachable phone number. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery or repeated failed delivery may be charged before reshipment.
Customs and import charges
For deliveries outside Oman, the recipient is responsible for destination customs clearance, duties, taxes, permits and import restrictions unless the written quotation states otherwise.
