DELIVERY
Where we deliver, how charges are calculated and what to expect after ordering.
Effective 18 September 2026Online checkout currently supports delivery within Oman. For GCC or other international destinations, contact HAVEN PURE for an export and shipping quotation before ordering. An enquiry is not confirmation of delivery availability.
Within Oman: office delivery is OMR 1.000 and home delivery is OMR 2.000. Select the service at checkout, where the final total and any applicable tax are shown before confirmation. International shipping requires a separate confirmed quotation.
Typical delivery after dispatch is 1–3 business days within Oman. International timing is confirmed in the shipping quotation. Estimates exclude weekends, public holidays, customs delays and events outside our reasonable control.
Orders are prepared after confirmation of stock and payment. Dispatch or tracking details are sent when available. Private-label and manufacturing orders follow the production and delivery timeline stated in the approved quotation.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete address and reachable phone number. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery or repeated failed delivery may be charged before reshipment.
For deliveries outside Oman, the recipient is responsible for destination customs clearance, duties, taxes, permits and import restrictions unless the written quotation states otherwise.
