Online card and wallet payments are processed by an authorised payment provider over encrypted connections. HAVEN PURE does not store full card numbers or security codes.
Order confirmation
An order is not confirmed until the required payment, deposit or agreed payment instruction is accepted. Failed or incomplete payments do not reserve stock indefinitely.
Currency, tax and verification
Website prices are in Omani Rial unless stated otherwise. Applicable VAT, delivery or cross-border charges are displayed or confirmed before payment. We may request reasonable verification to prevent unauthorised transactions.
Private-label payments
Deposits, milestones and balance dates for private-label or manufacturing projects are set out in the approved quotation or invoice. Production normally begins only after the required deposit and approvals are received.
