The terms that apply when using the HAVEN PURE website, ordering retail products or requesting business services.

We aim to keep descriptions, images, availability and prices accurate. Natural ingredients and production batches may show minor colour, aroma or texture variation. We may correct genuine errors before accepting or dispatching an order.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order or quotation request is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when HAVEN PURE confirms it and any required payment is completed or agreed. We may decline or cancel an order where stock, pricing, payment, delivery, compliance or suspected misuse prevents fulfilment.
Prices and promotions
Retail prices are displayed in Omani Rial unless stated otherwise. Delivery, tax or destination charges are shown or confirmed separately. Promotions apply only for their stated period and conditions.
Safe use
Cosmetics must be used according to the product label. Check ingredients where you have known sensitivities, patch test when appropriate, avoid contact with eyes unless intended, and stop use if irritation occurs. Website content is not medical advice.
Private label and manufacturing
Business projects are governed by the approved quotation, product brief, sample approval, artwork approval, payment schedule and agreed production terms. Website examples do not constitute a final technical specification or guaranteed regulatory approval.
